S2 EP1: THE SCARIEST EPISODE I HAVE EVER DONE
Today's episode will surely go down in history as the most vulnerable I've ever been on the podcast. It's easy for me to share past ups and downs, trials and tribulations and even heartbreak but it's another thing entirely to bare your soul. This aspect of my teaching destiny has been chasing me down for as long as I can remember. And the wait is over. I won't be holding myself back anymore.
S2 EP 3: GOD, NFTs & WEB3 WITH MATT GOTTESMAN
I have to say that I left this episode inspired and educated in an area I genuinely felt made no sense prior to this chat. I know many of you approach emerging technology with a cross and garlic cloves like an oncoming vampire attack - but the truth is technology is evolving daily and if you don't at least take the time to understand what is happening and how it is and can be used, it's more likely to have a negative impact on you.
TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS + GASLIGHTING
In today's episode we define and explore the etiology of toxic relationships, the concept of gaslighting as well as the varying mental states of the gaslighters themselves. Listeners will leave with a foundational understanding of how their childhood lens patterns them to label certain experiences as "toxic" while discovering practical tools to start to transform the relationships that need attention.

Collectively, we're starting to acknowledge that pain ( emotional + physical ) affects every one of us. We've finally figured out that hiding our pain only makes the problem exponentially worse. So, here we are - building up the courage to to tell the truth and confront the demons. And I'm proud of you - truly. It takes guts to give voice to the damage - to share the story - to turn the years of spinning memories in your head into spoken truth.
